Thermal Analysis Engineer

Description:
Position Requirements:
• 7+ years experience in analyzing thermal performance of aircraft systems, including hydraulics, engine bay cooling, oil cooling, inlet/exhaust sizing.
• Experience performing thermal analysis using SINDA, or equivalent.
• Experience performing CFD analyses on turbo-machinery using FLUENT, or equivalent is a plus.
• Must have the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to coordinate and lead activities, prioritize tasks, and report status.
• Must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, as well as horizontal integrations across the other teams.
• Familiarity with aerospace design and verification processes to include; requirements develop and verification, preliminary and detailed design, MRP, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement and Maintenance processes is preferred.
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
