HVAC Service Technician (Non Union)-214880

Description:
We are hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC systems across Washington, DC | Ashburn, VA | Beltsville, MD | Baltimore, MD. This is a non union position offering competitive pay and steady work.

Responsibilities
• Service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, and wiring
• Test electrical circuits, piping, and system performance
• Install and adjust thermostats and controls
• Communicating system issues and solutions with customers
• Complete service tickets, invoices, and daily documentation via mobile device
• Maintain company vehicles and follow all safety policies
Required Qualifications
• Active Journeyman HVAC License (Required)
• 3–5 years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial settings
• EPA / CFC Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently
• Non union environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with complex commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
