JOB TITLE: Electronic Equipment Test Technician - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Orlando, FL
PAY RATE: $35.96/hour

Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret clearance (not required to start)
Schedule: First shift: Monday Thursday, 6:30am 4:30pm

Summary:
Performs calibration, testing, adjustment, and maintenance of optical, electronic, electromechanical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydro-mechanical, and pressure-type measuring instruments.
Sets up calibration sequences and procedures per specifications, blueprints, and drawings.
Disassembles, cleans, repairs, and replaces defective parts on test equipment.
May monitor and verify quality per statistical process or other control procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma required (no degree necessary)
Ability to obtain Secret clearance (not required to start)
2+ years experience in:
Working with and measuring optics
Using test and calibration tools (interferometer, autocollimator, optical alignment scopes, IR equipment, oscilloscope, RF generator, DMM)
Electronic and physical calibration
Using IndySoft (current calibration system)
Microsoft Office Suite to read procedures
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
