Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Develop hardware designs for military electronic assemblies, including CCAs and harnesses
Support integration of electronic systems within flight-worthy platforms
Create conceptual and detailed mechanical designs and drawings
Produce detail, assembly, and installation drawings per industry standards
Develop hardware documentation including BOMs, assembly instructions, and test documentation
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and integration teams
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance (required to start)
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
3 6 years experience with PTC Creo/Windchill, interconnects/wiring diagrams, and ASME Y14.5 technical drawings
Experience with Creo, CATIA, or similar 3D CAD tools and hardware prototyping (e.g., 3D printing)
Experience creating hardware drawings, BOMs, assembly and test documentation
3 6 years experience in Cable & Harness Design or PCB/CCA Mechanical Packaging (stress/thermal, MIL-STD-461/464 familiarity)
U.S. Citizenship required (ITAR)
