Systems Engineer I/II - (MO)

The P-8 Maintenance Trainer Program has a need for Systems Engineers to support requirements definition, design, development, integration, and testing of maintenance trainers supporting the P-8 Poseidon. The training system devices include virtual and hardware based systems that are used to train ground support personnel.
The successful candidates will have demonstrated skills and experience in the areas of system requirements management, system design development, system integration, and test. The successful candidates will also have demonstrated knowledge of configuration management best practices and the ability to work within a large multi-site IPT. This position involves frequent interaction with military end users and customer partners and requires occasional multi-week travel to military installations, suppliers, and other Boeing facilities

Requirements (must have to be qualified.)
This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
Engineering Degree

Assets (Preferred/ nice to have. Lacking does not disqualify )
Experience with training systems development.
Experience with aircraft maintenance.
Have P-8A Training Systems experience

Bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification. Required: Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering
