Systems Engineer

Description:
Seeking a Systems Engineer 4 located in Hazelwood, MO

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clearance required.
The KC-46 Maintenance Trainer Program has a need for a Test and Integration Lead to develop the program Test Plan Test Plan document, lead the development of ATP creation including creating some of them. They will lead the Test Planning IPT efforts, collaboration, meetings, and supplier/contractor interaction.
They will also oversee all of the hardware and software integration efforts to ensure timely and successful integration of the entire system to deliver first time quality and customer satisfaction.
They will also lead the actual testing efforts to ensure a smooth and efficient validation of the requirements and verification of the training system itself. This will involve both local asset test efforts and remote location test efforts, so this person will travel and oversee and plan the travel of our contract testers.
They will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that all of the contractors on this program meet their test requirements and deliver first time quality on their components.
The successful candidates will have successfully lead the conversion of statements of work and system requirements into test plans and procedures, large and complex system integration, lead final customer acceptance testing. This position involves frequent interaction with military end users, customer partners and suppliers.

Assets:
Experience with training systems development.
Experience with military aircraft maintenance.
Have KC-46 Training Systems experience?
Have many years of experience do you have with aircraft maintenance?
Preferable multi system KC-46 knowledge (ECS, Avionics, Weapons, Hydraulics, Flight Controls and Propulsion).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Have lead either a complex military system hardware software integration effort or a complex military system final customer testing and verification effort.
Considerable experience with DOORs

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
8 AM - 4:30 PM
