Senior Systems Engineer

The senior systems engineer position for the development of real time embedded GPS receivers designed for military applications.

As a part of this team, you will have responsibilities spanning all phases of the engineering life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, integration, verification, and documentation. Assignments may include tasks such as system design work on a variety of military applications including designing, and developing real-time embedded systems, creating and reviewing specifications, and integrating and testing prior to product customer delivery.

REQUIRED:
Must have strong technical communication skills and a solid understanding of software development processes within embedded applications
Developing verification and validation tests
Developing support scripts and utilities
Performing hardware, firmware, and software integration, verification and validation activities

PREFERRED (not required):
MATLAB or other analysis tool
Modern software languages (e.g. Python, Java, C, C++, etc.)
Engineering development tools like DOORS, Jama, Matlab, Simulink, etc.
Configuration management tools (Subversion)
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word\Excel\Power Point)
