Summary:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex industrial electronic and numerically controlled (NC/CNC) systems and devices
Determine appropriate methods and sequences of operation to effectively diagnose and eliminate faults
Apply strong knowledge of electrical and electronic theory, maintenance shop practices, and troubleshooting techniques
Maintain and repair solid-state components and related devices used in industrial machinery and equipment
Read, understand, and apply ladder logic notation and functionality
Perform maintenance and repair of complex industrial electronic and numerically controlled systems
Exercise comprehensive knowledge of electrical and electronic theory and maintenance procedures to ensure effective system performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, including prototype systems
Work at various heights and operate moving and/or telescoping boom vehicles and related equipment as required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in industrial environments and at elevated heights
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a security clearance
High School diploma or GED required (Associate degree or technical certification preferred)
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electronic or CNC-controlled equipment
Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
