Field Construction Project Manager

Description:
A Field Construction Project Manager job in Buda, Texas is currently available through Belcan with one of our Construction clients. You will be responsible to act as a liaison between customer and internal departments including sales, detailing, operations, shop, etc. You will need 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a High School Diploma. This is a great direct opportunity with a growing company.

Field Construction Project Manager Job duties:
* Coordinate project requirements with the contractor's representatives as well as with the rebar installer, engineers, shop, etc.
* Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to appropriate staff, workers and customers
* Interpretation and application of job contracts
* Represent the company in project meetings as needed'
* Capable of managing multiple project designs, scopes, budgets, and installations
* Manage costs and maximize profitability
* Complete project with construction safety record which exceeds industry standards

Qualifications:
* 5+ years of project manager experience
* High School Diploma
* Ability to read disciplines of construction and fabrication drawings
* Understanding field work and the customers needs
* Experience with managing construction projects
* Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Project Management Software
* Experience with concrete and general contracting
