Staffing Specialist/Talent Advisor

3 month contract w/ possible extension

Job Summary
•Performs the full lifecycle execution of the recruiting strategy for our enterprise customers; this will include successfully recruiting technical and non-technical talent for our domestic locations.
•Facilitate identification and selection of word-class diverse talent using multiple sourcing methods and networking.
•Reviews resumes, advertising responses and employment applications.
•Interview and screens applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, individual goals and ability to fit in the organization and function effectively.
•Makes employment recommendations based on information developed through interviews, reference checks and evaluates reference data concerning previous employment record.
•Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of the staffing process.
•Prepares offers of employment ensuring a fair and competitive offer while maintaining internal equity.

Job Requirements
•Full life-cycle corporate recruiting experience is required
•Ability to advise and consult with Senior Leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) is required
•Ability to advise and consult with Business Leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) is required
•Experience developing and executing digital, social media, Internet, and Web 2.0 sourcing strategies is required
•Mentoring experience is required
•Knowledge of and experience with supply/demand industry data and compensation trends is required
•Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required;

- Previous Aerospace & Defense experience is preferred

- Previous experience with CRM tools (Talent Networks/Talent Communities) is preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree; will consider experience in-lieu of education
