2498 - TECHNICAL SERVICES - INTERIOR CABIN SYSTEMS

Description:
Provide proposal for, pre/post entry into service, Program Change Request (PCR) and Problem Report (PR), involving technical and cost solutions to improve the aircraft dispatch reliability and cost effectiveness.

Review and create fault isolation troubleshooting procedures associated to the cabin systems.

Review and propose optional service bulletins that could be an attractive functionality to customers.

Provide and ensure compliance of all 'Lessons Learned' and other Customer Support Engineering initiatives.

Support customer conferences as well as preparing presentations for external events such as vendor reviews and Management progress reviews.

Support activities for Maintenance Planning Engineering (MSG 3) function in your area of expertise.

Following the entry into service of the aircraft, you will be responsible to support the in-service aircraft from all technical aspect.

Bachelor Degree or Technical College Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance.

Minimum of fifteen (15) years%u2019 experience in aviation.

Strong knowledge of Business Aircraft interior monuments.

Experience on Client Aircraft or equivalent business jet aircraft.

Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Support outside the normal working hours.

Capable of working under stress in order to meet deliverables.

Understand 3D drawings and knowledge of Catia V5 is required.

Understanding of interiors products integration in Business aircraft is an asset.

Design experience in cabinet assembly design and/or cabinet installation is an asset.

Relevant technical experience in interior completion and design is an asset.

Must have solid experience working with Enovia/VPM Nav and Catia (Assy, Part Body, Drafting, etc.)

Must be customer-oriented with innovative problem solving skills.
