Role Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as a central point of contact for spare parts inquiries, order tracking, and delivery coordination. You’ll work across customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure a seamless supply chain experience. Your ability to manage details and communicate effectively will directly support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries related to spare parts and service needs
Facilitate resolution of delivery issues by working with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders
Collect, process, and manage supplier and customer data related to parts provisioning and delivery
Enter, track, and monitor customer orders, material requirements, and return requests
Ensure accurate documentation and status updates throughout the order lifecycle
Proactively identify and resolve order discrepancies or delays
Communicate order status, updates, and resolutions clearly to customers and internal teams
Support continuous improvement of order management and customer service processes
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain support
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting aerospace or highly regulated industries
Familiarity with spare parts logistics, provisioning, or inventory systems
Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams

Pay Details: $16.09 to $20.00 per hour
