Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $58 – $68/hour

Job Overview

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Cost Account Manager (CAM) to support a major aerospace and defense program. This role focuses on managing cost, schedule, and performance for engineering and software development efforts using Earned Value Management (EVM).

Responsibilities

• Own Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities for assigned program areas

• Manage budgets, track costs, and develop forecasts (ETC/EAC)

• Maintain the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB)

• Monitor cost and schedule performance (CPI/SPI)

• Analyze variances and implement corrective actions

• Prepare and present program status, forecasts, and performance metrics

• Collaborate with engineering, program management, and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)

• Strong Earned Value Management (EVM) experience

• Experience tracking cost and schedule performance

• Experience developing ETC and EAC forecasts

• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace or defense industry experience

• Experience supporting software or engineering programs

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience working with DoD or military programs
