Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $69.00 – $79.00/hour

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Data Management Engineer to support complex aerospace programs. This role focuses on configuration and data management across highly integrated product systems, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and lifecycle integrity.

This is a hands-on, non-managerial role requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and data management activities across product lifecycles

• Develop and maintain product baselines, ensuring compliance and traceability

• Plan and execute technical design reviews, audits, and change management processes

• Analyze complex product changes and drive resolution strategies

• Define and implement configuration/data management standards, processes, and tools

• Support integration of hardware, software, and engineering data systems

• Resolve product structure and integration issues across cross-functional teams

• Develop and support technical program plans and execution strategies

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• Experience with ODA (Organization Designation Authorization) procedures

• Background in aircraft systems and/or certification processes

• Strong project management experience with ability to self-manage priorities

• Experience in configuration management and product data management

• Proven ability to work on complex, integrated engineering programs

  Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field

  • Typically 9+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • ABET-accredited degree preferred
