Machine Operator – PDS Tech Commercial

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team and play a key role in keeping high-quality parts moving on schedule. In this position, you’ll work hands-on with modern equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision, consistency, and safety matter.

• Location: 11711 Arrow Route, Rancho Cucamonga, CA

• Pay Rate: $24.35/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines (Mazak or VL86).

• Perform pre-operation safety and machine checks.

• Read and follow production schedules and work instructions.

• Measure, mark, and inspect materials to ensure parts meet specifications.

• Adjust machine settings (speed, feed, coolant, depth of cut) as needed.

• Monitor machine operation and report issues to a supervisor.

• Complete production logs and inspection reports using a computer.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of CNC machine operation experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills for production tracking and reporting.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
