Master Planner

Description:
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Master Planner for a remote contract opportunity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
•Must have the ability to obtain a clearance
• Experience with Critical Path
• Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration
• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
• Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
• Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
• Demonstrated Experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report)
• Experience with Milestones Professional software

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
•This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements located in multiple locations.
Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated •Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
•Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product
• Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions
• Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
