Embedded Cyber Security Engineer (346)

Description:
*This is a full time, 6-9 month contract, located in Grand Prairie, TX*

We are recruiting for an Embedded Cyber Security Engineer who will be working on a security system that requires validation and certification. Candidate will be working with system security and possible threats/risks throughout the program life cycle. Candidate will also be involved in the heavy paperwork end of the validation process.

The successful applicant will have a good understanding of security certifying and planning including operating systems like Linux, RTOS, and Greenhill.

Required:
*5 years' experience in Embedded Cyber Security and requirements.

*Good understanding of security issues at the board level.
*Experience supporting embedded systems.

*Linux, RTOS, or Greenshill validation experience.

*Experience with RMS, thread assessments, and penetration testing.

*Experience with Validation and certification procedures and paperwork involved.
*4 year degree in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

Pluses:
*DoD 8570 approved baseline certification for IAT Level II systems
*Experience in hardware design, software design, penetration testing, encryption, networks, RTOS, cross domain solutions.
*Familiarity with in-vehicle network architecture, modules, and protocols (CAN etc.).
*Experience with Threat Modeling is highly desired
