Embedded Software Engineer II

Description:
We are searching for experienced Software Engineers for our client located in Grand Prairie, Texas. Click the link above to find out more about this position with GREAT pay!

The ideal candidate for this position will perform the following tasks:
* Designs, develops, operates, and maintains software components and computing systems software to be applied to and integrated with engineering, scientific, and manufacturing requirements.
* Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle to support the generation of such engineering systems as radar.
* Interfaces with team, suppliers, application users, and other technical and support personnel.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:
* US DOD Secret clearance required
* BS in Computer Engineering; Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; C/C++; Object oriented design real time software design, development (algorithm implementation, I/O implementation), documentation, and test.
* Experience with open architecture design and modular multi-use design. Multi-core, multi-threaded development.
* Experience with middleware tools like Corba or DDS.
* Experience with developing using Linux Red Hat, developing software for radar applications and digital signal processing algorithm to code translation.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience with software configuration management (CM) Tools.
* Experience with continuous integration and test.
* Experience with software static and or dynamic analysis tools.
* Experience with SW safety and Cyber Security.
* Experience in developing BSPs and drivers.
* Ability to design and code using Matlab/Simulink.
* Experience with open architecture design and modular multi-use design.
