Description:
*Position Requires Active Secret Clearance*

RESPONSIBILTIES:
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
For LEVEL 2: $35 to $43
(1 Position): Experience with security compliance, preferably NIST Risk Management Framework, Common Weakness Enumerations and the Application Security & Dev STIG.
Vulnerability analysis static and dynamic test experience recommended.
Candidate must have 2 Years with Bachelors in Science - Software or Information Systems BS or equivalent STEM degree; 0 Years with Masters.
(1 Position): Experience in Software development and IEEE 12207, CMMI, ISO 9001, Safety Standards MIL-STD-516B & DO-178C, and Security Standard NIST SP 800-53.
Candidate must have 2 Years with Bachelors in Science - Engineering or equivalent STEM degree; 0 Years with Masters.
(3 Positions): Experience with Software process definition, collection process & process improvement metrics, IEEE 12207, CMMI, ISO 9001, Safety Standards MIL-STD-516B & DO-178C, and Security Standard NIST SP 800-53.
Familiarity with agile processes and python scripting languages.
Candidate must have 2 Years with Bachelors in Science - Software or Information Systems BS or equivalent STEM degree; 0 Years with Masters.

For LEVEL 3: $42 to $53
(1 Position): Experience with security compliance, preferably NIST Risk Management Framework, Common Weakness Enumerations and the Application Security & Dev STIG.
Mandatory vulnerability analysis, static and dynamic test experience.
5 Years with Bachelors in Science - Software or Information Systems BS or equivalent STEM degree; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD.
(1 Position): Mid-level experience with system development, engineering process, functional & physical architectures and large system requirements management.
Candidate must have 5 Years with Bachelors in Science - Engineering or equivalent STEM degree; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD.
