Junior Level Product Data Management Engineer

Description:
Training Systems and Government Services (TSGS) has a need for an experienced Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) engineer who will function in a Program environment in direct support of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities.

These PLM activities are focused on tasks associated with Configuration Change Board (CCB) facilitation, software and hardware configuration management, and data configuration management. The successful candidate will perform the following tasks.

She/he will:
1. Perform baselines using ClearCase and ClearQuest and create media for software installations and deliveries, and will be responsible for maintaining and tracking all media.
2. Provide Configuration Management CDRL inputs to meet contractual requirements.
3. Assist with the documentation of Configuration and Data Management standards, processes and tools.
4. Track and report on Risks and Action Items Status.
5. Works under general direction.

This position requires an active U.S. Security Clearance to start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

Bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification. Required: Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
