Software Engineer Level 3

Location: Centennial, CO
Pay Rate: DOE
Duration: 1 year contract
**MUST be a U.S. CITIZEN**

Position Overview:
-Formal Qualification Testing of the flight software is accomplished with a hardware-in-the-loop integrated test environment.
-The Company system to support this testing is called KITE (Kommon Integrated Test Environment).
-The activity being supported is the non-recurring development of the KITE system.
-Subcontractor will perform requirements verification for integrated test environment software and embedded flight software for a space launch vehicle.
-Subcontractor will review test results and generate documentation evidence demonstrating that the provided requirements have been verified.
-This position will perform EDS and ICPS KITE development work scope
-The effort is a Level 3 equivalent due to the complexity and degree of expertise, speed of execution, and independence needed to execute this effort.

Required Qualifications
-Subcontractor will need to have an aerospace engineering background to be able to understand the physics of the systems (tank pressures, engines, actuators, avionics) being tested and to do the data review required to verify that the requirements have been satisfied in each test.
-Subcontractor will perform requirements verification for integrated test environment software and embedded flight software for a space launch vehicle.
-Subcontractor will review test results and generate documentation evidence demonstrating that the provided requirements have been verified.
-Bachelor’s degree
