Description:
Manage and follow strategic projects in tool development to support Method and Logistics Teams.

Coach and organize Agile methodology based governance.

Participate and prepare governance meetings to provide visibility on project plan and milestone achievements.

Interact with different organizations (IT, P&T, Methods, Logistic to ensure seamless integration of the provided solutions.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering and in Administration and/or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing web application development.

Experience with PLM and ERP (SAP) is an asset.

Are organized, a good planner and problem solver.

Knowledge in agile methodology (and Sprint and Scrub) is required.

Tool development project management experience is required.

The candidate must have previous experience in project management, preferably within an aerospace engineering environment.

Supplier Management is an asset.

Candidate must be autonomous and capable of taking decisions based on facts.

Must be proficient with MS Office applications including MS Project, Power Point and Excel.

Certification in project Management is an asset

An understanding of aerospace product certification is an asset.

Must have excellent organizational skills and able to work toward aggressive deadlines.

Must have knowledge on implementation of change management activities.
