2473 - COMPLETIONS PROCESS & TOOLS SPECIALIST

Description:
Carry out in developing, implementing and maintaining tactical and strategic Completions Definition and Engineering solutions, including Nomenclature.

Provide insight and knowledge expertise in making pivotal decisions that affect the integration of new processes and tools based on intimate knowledge of customized Completions tools and available endorsed Bombardier Aerospace tools such as Enovia and SAP.

Lead development projects of tactical tools.

Document methodologies and the reasoning behind the solutions designed when introducing new tools & processes.

Lead activities, workshops in order to collect all the inputs to develop methodologies and have the buy in of the impacted groups (Engineering, Methods, Logistics, etc.).

Ensure the deployment of new solutions.

Interact with all the groups working on the development of the Completions PLM solutions.

Engineering degree or equivalent education.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in process and tools development.

Must have extensive knowledge of PLM systems and agile development methods. Knowledge of SAP is an asset

Experience in pulling together the efforts of varied groups with different objectives and mindsets towards a common objective.

Will be expected to identifying and removing roadblocks and looking for creative ways to overcome challenges, and can maintain a strong adherence to the Program/Project long term vision.

Should have excellent communication skills, are able to communicate at all levels of the organization, both orally and in writing with ability to work independently both in French and English.

Team player, you have the ability to work with minimal supervision, you thrive in a dynamic working environment, are mobile (Montreal area) and are able to make autonomous decisions.

Have good skills in managing time, priorities and activities adequately and autonomously in a development program environment.
