Job description

Position Objectives
ENEA is currently searching for a qualified Principal Software Engineer to work on a Contract opportunity with an aerospace company in the Clearwater, FL area.

Project brief
1. Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements embedded Military Avionics software programming applications written in Ada/C/C++ and documented using DOORS
2. Coordinates work teams.
3. Provides technical support to project team members.
4. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.

Contacts & Supervisory Responsibilities
May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Coordinates small work teams. Provides technical support to project team members.

Qualifications
1. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
2. Due to Government Related Programs, US Citizenship is required.

Required Key Skills
1. Must have DO-178B/C DAL A-D experience
2. Software languages: Ada / C / C++
3. DOORS experience documenting & modifying requirements
