Publications Illustrator US Persons Only (297)

Description:
*This is a full time, 6-12 month position located in either York PA or Sterling Heights MI*



We are hiring for a Publications illustrator who will support, design graphs, charts, schematics, dimensional drawings for use in technical reports/publications based on engineering drawings.



Daily work may consist of illustrating electronic assemblies, from various sources such as engineering, line art from photographs, hand art, blank pages etc.



Required:
*5+ years’ experience creating illustrations using Adobe Acrobat and Creo (or similar 3D software).
*Skilled in working with the following file types: DXF, PRT, JPG, TIFF, DWG, PDF, GIF
*Experience modelling and visualizing from 2D drawings with 3D CAD software.
*Must reside in US and be able to move to work sites in PA or MI for duration of assignment.
*No candidates on work Visas please; must be a US Person.
*HS Diploma, AS degree is a plus



Pluses:
*Able to create schematics and validate illustrations
*Experience reprograming & revolutionizing/automating processes
*Experience with Creo Illustrate
*Familiar with Visual Basic Macro, AutoLISP, or PhotoShop
