Electronic Cadence / Calibre Designer (585)

Description:
*This is a full time, 7 month contract, located in Lexington, MA*



We are looking for an Electronic PCB/IC/ROIC Designer that will be working on mixed signal integrated circuits, using Cadence advanced design tool and Calibre.

Candidate will be responsible for implementation of EO/IR ROIC layouts using Cadence layout tools. Will also work with ROIC Design and engineers to update and/or establish design rules and implement design rule checking, as well as contributing to the creation of Process Design Kit (PDK) and design rule manuals.



Required:
*5 years’ experience in Printed Circuit Board layout, using Cadence advanced design tool and Calibre verification tool suite.
*Understanding of EDA tools/analog design basics in deep submicron CMOS and BiCMOS processes
*Transistor-level circuit design knowledge



Pluses:
*Military or DoD subcontractor experience
*Experience with design, development, and production of EO/IR sensors
*Digital VLSI experience
*Pyton or similar scripting skills; Bias generation circuitry o ADCs and DACs familiarity
