Manufacturing Integration Engineer

Description:
Work with respective tooling PEs to ensure successful transfer of all tooling processes and equipment to NPI and manufacturing plants. Work with NPI and plant MEs as needed to debug new products and processes and validate product performance meeting customer needs –delivery, quality, and performance.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
5+ years’ experience in mechanical engineering related to the manufacture and assembly of precision electromechanical components.
5+ years’ experience in project management.
GLSS green belt certification with successful project accomplishments.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
5+ years’ experience in connector manufacturing processes including high-speed synchronous, asynchronous, flexible (robotics) assembly systems ranging from low to high volume production.
5+ years’ hands-on experience in design, build and debug of assembly equipment.
5+ years' experience working with SPC and DOE.
5+ years' experience in tooling cost estimating, quote preparation, and project management.
