Mechanical Systems Design Engineer

Description:
Mechanical Engineer supporting the Mechanical Systems group within the Mechanical and Propulsion Engineering Division.

This position will support the specification, design, analysis, fabrication, procurement and testing of mechanical systems (including control surface mechanisms, launch and recovery mechanisms, payload doors, EO/IR ball retraction, etc.), landing gear, nose wheel steering, brakes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Ground Service Equipment(GSE), and other related systems. A minimum requirement of 2000 hours of experience in the design of aerospace mechanical systems using CATIA or SolidWorks. CATIA highly preferred.
