Description:
Lean Manufacturing Expert - China.

Our Aerospace Client based in China, require a Lean Manufacturing Expert.


Role:

Responsible for lean manufacturing overall scheme planning,

Implementing, monitoring, improving, and providing guidance to the lean manufacturing team.

Participate in production site lean improvement, production process optimization. Cooperate with the production lines and functional departments to achieve cost-reduction and efficiency lean strategy.

Cultivate and train the lean manufacturing team.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelors degree or above, familiar with the working principles of aerospace lean manufacturing, more than 10 years working experience is preferred.

With more than 5 years lean manufacturing experience, participating in large scale projects of lean improvement.

Good communication skills, proactive attitude and efficient work style.

Lean experience with manufacturing industry (aerospace, automotive) is preferred.

Lean Master Black Belt is preferred.

Candidates must be prepared to live and work in China for several years. Please quote ref: JO000000262 on application.
