NC Machine Maintenance Expert - China.

Description:
Our Aerospace Client in China requires an NC Machine Maintenance Expert, to work with them in country.

Job Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for production line development, system testing, debugging, maintaining and providing technical guidance.

They will analyse the trend of intelligent technology, involving intelligent manufacturing software and hardware solutions.
They will be responsible for the implementation of enterprise intelligent manufacturing upgrading and management of the production line equipment life cycle.

Following up the project progress in time, leading the team to solve the problems that are related to the site production line, ensuring the project is completed on time.

Be responsible for intelligent manufacturing & AI research subjects application.

Be responsible for intelligent manufacturing information management and programming.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors graduates or above, with more than 10 years of relevant major work experience in intelligent manufacturing and automation equipment development.

Familiar with R&D, production, management process in the aeronautical field.

Familiar with organizational intelligent manufacturing related to equipment software, hardware technology and organisational information management software.

Proficiently program the equipment control system of intelligent manufacturing.

Experience of Leading organization intelligent manufacturing.

Experienced in intelligent manufacturing and industrial robotics is preferred.

Familiar with information system or software development, programming

Experience with Siemens, Heidenhain and Fanuc machine system setting up, PLC modification and optimisation and overseas working experience is preferred.
