Job Title: Entry Level - Electrical Engineer - Mechatronics
Location: Portland, OR. 97217
Duration: 12 Months

Our client is seeking Electrical Engineers. You'll be working with a world renowned heavy truck Manufacturer supporting their Mechatronics Engineering team.

Job Responsibilities
• The position involves Mechanical and Electrical systems engineering, verifying prints, production release data, creating/updating schematics would be the main portion of this position. You may be working in the power distribution, engine controls, vehicle systems such as brakes, radio, windshield wipers, window regulators, doors locks, sensors and so on. This is a fast pace engineering environment of new and ongoing programs that will keep you busy.
• Schematics print reading and knowledge of creating drawings if necessary or had CAD training and/or used in college to created electrical schematics of wiring to circuits or to mechanical components and switches. You’ll also be responsible in creating BOM’s, Bill of Materials of modules and assemblies. Work on shop calls of systems not working or have failed. Verify release electrical drawings that have the latest data and information.

Skills
• Candidates must be creative, able to learn quickly, resolve engineering issues, have good communication skills, have a technical background, be a team player, proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Education:
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
