Design Analysis Engineer

Description:
Seeking a Mechanical Engineer for an opening in Palmdale, CA.
**Requires active Secret Clearance**

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Thermodynamics analyst for Advanced Development Program. Will plan, manage, and conduct thermodynamic analysis of air vehicles in support of subsystems design. Will perform heat transfer analysis using Sinda/Fluint and Thermal Desktop and analyze thermal management systems. Will coordinate requirements and design solutions with structures, subsystems and propulsion engineers. Will perform Environmental Control System (ECS) and Thermal Management System (TMS) analysis.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience designing and analyzing vehicle Thermal Management Systems.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE: REQUIREMENTS:
Experience performing heat transfer analysis using finite difference analysis tools such as Thermal Desktop, Sinda Fluint, Sinda G, MSC Sinda, Nastran Thermal Analyzer, etc Experience developing and analyzing Air Cycle System (ACS) and/or Vapor Cycle Systems (VCS) Environmental Control Systems;-Experience creating presentation material using MS Power Point and delivering presentations.
