Mechanical Engineer - Level 2

Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Rate: DOE ($32/hr - $50/hr)
Duration: 3+ month contract
Shift: First, 9/80
*MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE*

Description:
-Researches, plans, designs and develops mechanical products and systems such as instruments, controls, robots, engines, machines and mechanical, thermal hydraulic or heat transfer systems for production, transmission, measurement, and use of energy.
-Applies research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and/or machines.
-Applicant will be responsible to assist the UK Chinook program with specific electro mechanical integration/design tasks related to subcontract component and Company design integration.
-This will include reviewing subcontractor design/drawings as it relates to the overall system design intent and effect changes to ensure proper integration between subcomponents and the system as a whole.
-Included in this will be CREO specific design work, CREO specific 2D drawing updates, and Windchill EPDM specific configuration updates (to include PL changes).

Skill/Experience/Education (Mandatory):
-4 yr and up Technical College Degree with 2 years of professional experience.
-Mechanical and Electromechanical Design Familiarity with Creo Pro/E.

Desired:
-Mechanical and Electromechanical design skills.
-Familiarity with Creo Pro/E, Windchill EPDM and finite element analysis tools.
-Hardware integration experience.
-EPDM training.
