Aircraft Manager

Description:
Currently looking for an experience Flight Test Team Manager to fill a role with a company in Moses Lake, WA. Interested candidates should have flight test management or engineering management experience.

Responsibilities of the Flight Test Team Manager:
Assign work, goals to the FTV team members.
Ensure test readiness, deliverables are on track.
Ensuring no injuries or accidents.
Ensure short and long term program schedules are accurate (updated by flight operation group and Maintenance).
Update and present short term schedule (90 days) to Functional Leads weekly.
Manage the entire FTV schedule through certification.
Provide daily and weekly FTV status.
Ensure support for short term schedule activities via Functional Leads.
Resolve issues with Functional Leads.
Setting aircraft configuration, schedule, testing and maintenance goals.
Implementing process improvements directly related to their FTV.

Requirements
Strong flight test experience.
Engineering management experience.
Aircraft configuration experience.

Per Diem: Possible
