Aircraft Flight Test Planning Specialist - China.


Our Aerospace Client in China requires additional support for their current and future programs. They desire an Engineer or Specialist with strong experience In Aircraft Flight Test Planning.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our client and to significantly contribute towards the success of their existing and new aircraft programs.


Required Experience and Qualifications:
 
  • Working experience in aerospace companies. Doctoral degree is preferred; major in aircraft overall design, aerodynamics and flight mechanics, aircraft power engineering, aircraft structure and strength design, flight control engineering, aircraft avionics and electrical, aviation engineering.
  • More than 10 years and at least two types of flight test experience, including at least 3 years of civil aircraft flight test experience. Flight test engineer qualification is preferred, flight test experience of civil wide body aircraft is preferred.
  • Have civil aircraft overall design knowledge, flight test knowledge and system principles.
  • Be familiar with the purpose and method of civil aircraft flight test, understand the logical relationship of each subject, and have the ability to analyse flight test requirements and plan model flight test scheme.
  • Good computer use ability, communication ability, logical thinking ability, analytical ability and oral ability.
  • Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  Role and Duties:
 
  • Engaged in Clients model flight test demand analysis, flight test planning research and design work.
  • Research on flight test planning and implementation experience of typical civil aircraft models.
  • Carry out flight test demand analysis of the Aircraft and other models.
  • Complete the flight test planning of the Aircraft and other models.
  • Establish and improve flight test requirement analysis method and flight test planning specification.

Candidates should be prepared to live and work in China full time  on a fixed term contract basis - duration 1-3 years. Applicants are asked to highlight their relevant experience upon application.
