Formulation Technician I

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the production of various columns and related consumables and works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Under general supervision, reads bills of material, discrete jobs and production procedures then performs assembly, packing, equilibration; testing using various ion chromatography equipment, and embalming of columns and related consumables. This colleague follows written and verbal instructions using common laboratory equipment when performing the following duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

The Airplane Safety Engineering (ASE) team is looking for Airplane Safety Engineers - Development Programs (Onsite) to join our team in Everett, Washington. The ASE team is a division of the Enterprise Safety and Mission Assurance Organization. Our team is actively engaged with airplane programs that currently include 737-10 MAX, 777-9, 777-8 Freighter, and future product development programs.
As an Airplane Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for working cross functionally to ensure airplane level safety analysis are appropriately conducted. RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve problems that typically cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers' manuals or similar documents.

This position is responsible for the production of various columns and related consumables and works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations. Ability to select correct parts, materials, tools, assemblies, standards, hardware, etc. install, fit, fasten, align, adjust, and perform the necessary pre-installation assembly work to accomplish the installation of structural components requiring the use of production and engineering prints to determine exact locations.
