Responsibilities:
*Fabricating interconnecting cables and harnesses based on engineering drawings.
*Performing troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of test bench and lab infrastructure equipment.


-Skills Required:
*Must have the ability to crimp and assemble connector contacts and cable assemblies to aircraft standards.
*Must have the ability to solder to the J-STD.
*Must be able to read and understand aircraft level wiring diagrams.
*Must be able to read and understand mechanical drawings and diagrams for metal fabrication and assemblies.
*Familiar with the use of test equipment, trouble shooting and repair of wiring, and isolation .
*Experience wiring serial data interfaces including ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, RS422, RS232, Ethernet, IEEE-488.
*Experience installing fiberoptic cabling for reflective memory hardware.
*Ability to properly use in a safe manner hand tools and shop equipment (Powered and Unpowered – Hand drills, wire crimpers, wire strippers and soldering tools).
*Physical strength – ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined areas for extended periods of time.
*Familiarity of ESD and FOD practices.

-Education:
*Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
*High School diploma

-Experience:
*Industry: Technical 5 years minimum
*Military experience in related aircraft/systems maintenance and support is a plus
*Must have the ability to attain a clearance, if needed.
*Good communication skills both oral and written.
*Must be a team player

6+ month contract
Pay Range- $40-$70 an hour

***1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm****
1. Complete the creation and validation of production ready data models and associated functional decompositions, logical decompositions, and traceability.
2. Successfully complete all non-recurring CNC Programming requirements for the Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC) for machining of grips and yokes.
3. Successfully perform auxiliary CAD design for production support in accordance to Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC) requirements.

Experience & Other Requirements:
1.) Two (2) years college and two (2) years of experience or equivalent four (4) years of experience, with preferred courses in:
A.) Math through Trigonometry and Analytical Geometry
B.) Engineering material
C.) Processing Technology
D.) Trained in CADAM, CATIA, and APT programming
E.) Manufacturing methods and procedures
2.) Catia (V6 / 3DX) modeling and surfacing experience
3.) At least two (2) years of NC Programming experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of CATIA (V6 / 3DX) NC Programming
• 5-axis CNC NC Programming experience
• 5-axis CNC Probing Programming experience
• Familiarity with Gidding & Lewiws and/or Starrag Heckert 5-Axis machines

1.) Maintains complete documentation of programs to ensure effective process control.
2.) Interrogate, analyze, comprehend, and interpret various Engineering Drawings, Models, Bills of Materials, Technical Specifications, Quality Documents, Bell Process Framework, and departmental procedures as necessary to perform assigned work.
3.) Capable of scheduling several assignments and possesses the skills required to submit reliable cost/hour estimated: capable of directing other individuals work flow with respect to specific programs.
4.) Develops, Creates and Maintains Tooling/Fixture definition for manufacturing operations for all media types including MCAD and manual legacy designs.
5.) Skilled in the concept related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
6.) Responsible for developing, creating, and maintaining Loft MCAD models, flat patterns and associated digital tooling programs.
7.) Executes creation and maintenance of CATIA (V6 / 3DX) programs and operator instructions for Numerical Controlled equipment.
8.) Must have experience with CATIA (V6 / 3DX) and visible on the resume.

The Aerospace Logistics Specialist focuses on the analysis and technical coordination to develop affordable and supportable military systems for FLRAA Program.
-The position is responsible for supporting the development of support systems within the IPTs.
-These support system resources include: Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA), Provisioning/Supply Support, Task/Maintenance Plan Analysis, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM), Paper-based manuals, Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPB), Support Equipment, PHS&T, and Repair Parts and Special Tool List (RPSTLs), and Industry MIL-STD documents and manuals, which span across multiple aircraft platforms, modifications, and development programs.
-This position focuses on the design of inherent supportability into the analysis and the associated design, analysis, and optimization of the customers' military support system.

Qualifications
-Demonstrates a working knowledge and the requisite skill sets to work within the IPT/organization.
-Performs all assigned tasks to an acceptable quality standard with minimal supervision.
-Compliant to company processes, procedures, and applicable government regulations.
-Support and assist in data preparation and presentation for program reviews and perform other work as directed.
-Perform to a set of performance metrics and measurements that give visibility to cost and schedule objectives.
-HS Diploma (GED) required - Bachelor’s degree preferred
-3+ years of Military aviation experience and/or 5+ years of aviation experience.
-Familiar with SlicWave Logistics Product Data Software
-Understanding of S1000D Publication Specification
-Understanding of GEIA-STD-007
-Must have strong analytical skills
-Must be experienced with the MicroSoft software suite
-Must have excellent communication skills

ASIC & FPGA Design Engineer

Description:
Develops, designs, verifies, and documents Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC) and Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) development.
Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation.
Assignments include the analysis of all aspects from high-level design to synthesis, place and route, and timing and power utilization.
