PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Management Professional to support a leading organization in the aviation industry. What You'll Do

As a Supply Chain Project Management professional, you'll work directly with the Supply Chain Lighting Leader to execute strategic initiatives and special projects that strengthen supply chain capabilities and support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic supply chain initiatives and special projects.
  
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality to support lighting operation requirements.
  
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution to keep projects on track.
  
• Support supplier engagement activities, including performance monitoring and supplier relationship management.
  
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and executive updates for stakeholders and senior leadership.
  
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, supplier performance, and operational effectiveness.
  
• Track project outcomes and help implement continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to long-term supply chain success.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  
• Experience supporting or leading supply chain, operations, procurement, or project management initiatives.
  
• Strong project planning, organization, and time management skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder presentations and reporting.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  
• Knowledge of supplier management and performance metrics.
  
• Familiarity with supply chain optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
  
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, process improvement projects, or operational transformation efforts.
  
• Project management certification or formal project management training is a plus.
