Your Impact

As a Material Handler, you'll play an essential role in maintaining the flow of materials throughout the facility. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help ensure the right materials are delivered to the right place at the right time, supporting manufacturing, shipping, receiving, and production operations.

What You'll Do

• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility and worksite.
  
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as directed.
  
• Open containers and packages using hand tools.
  
• Count, weigh, verify, and record material information accurately.
  
• Load and unload materials from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, machines, and trucks.
  
• Move materials using equipment such as:
  
  
  
  • Hand trucks
    
  • Wheelbarrows
    
  • Electric dollies
    
  • Forklifts
    
  • Elevators and other material-handling devices
    
  
  
  
• Stack, organize, and assemble materials for storage or production use.
  
• Support machine operators by moving and lifting materials and components.
  
• Safely handle heavy objects manually or with hoists and lifting equipment.
  
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials throughout a warehouse or production environment.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.
  
• Strong attention to detail when counting, recording, and handling inventory.
  
• Ability to work in a physically active environment for extended periods.
  
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, shipping/receiving, or material handling role.
  
• Experience operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment.
  
• Basic inventory control and record-keeping experience.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
