Summary:

Develops, documents, implements, and ensures compliance with requirements for engineering tools, processes, and standards.

Provides training and assistance on utilization of engineering processes and tools.

Supports integration of engineering designs and ensures regulatory requirements are met.

Identifies and validates user access roles and produces tip sheets.

Understands system interoperability for engineering tools and processes.

Provides configuration management and coordinates changes across business units and programs.

Performs compliance assessments and manages implementation of product standards.

Represents company interests on external standards committees and adapts external standards for internal use.

Develops, maintains, and distributes engineering documents, reports, and correspondence.

Collects, analyzes, and validates engineering performance metrics to support business needs.

Requirements:

Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Experience developing, documenting, and implementing requirements for engineering tools, processes, and standards.

Experience providing training and assistance on engineering processes and tools.

Experience ensuring regulatory requirements are met for engineering tools and processes.

Experience identifying and validating user access roles for engineering systems.

Experience with configuration management and coordinating engineering changes.

Experience performing compliance assessments for engineering processes and standards.

Experience managing implementation of product standards across business units or programs.

Experience developing, maintaining, and distributing engineering documents and reports.

Experience collecting, analyzing, and validating engineering performance metrics.

Experience representing company interests on external standards committees and adapting external standards for internal use.
