PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Sr Production Scheduler to coordinate production activities and ensure customer demands are met efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with strong scheduling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules based on:
  
  
  
  • Customer orders
    
  • Inventory levels
    
  • Production capacity
    
  
  
  
• Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure materials and resources are available when needed.
  
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
  
• Track inventory levels and production status.
  
• Identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and production constraints.
  
• Develop solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow.
  
• Review factors impacting production schedules and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve schedule adherence.
  
• Communicate schedule changes and production priorities to stakeholders.
  

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
  
• 4–6 years of production scheduling, planning, manufacturing, or related experience.
  
• Experience coordinating production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to analyze production data and prioritize work effectively.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to work under general supervision and manage multiple priorities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience
  
• Manufacturing planning and inventory management experience.
  
• Understanding of production capacity planning and material availability.
  
• Experience collaborating with Procurement, Operations, and Logistics functions.
  
• Continuous improvement experience related to scheduling or production planning.
