• Schedule: Monday-Friday | First Shift (5/40 Schedule)
  
• Pay Rate: $26.92 per hour
  

Your Impact

As a Supply Chain Support professional, you'll help ensure the timely flow of materials, information, and customer communications that are essential to aviation operations. Your ability to manage supplier relationships, expedite critical parts, and provide outstanding customer service will directly contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Supply Chain & Purchasing Support

• Assist with purchasing activities and supplier coordination to support operational requirements.
  
• Monitor supplier performance and communicate proactively to ensure on-time delivery.
  
• Track material status and identify potential supply chain risks before they impact production or customer commitments.
  
• Support procurement and sourcing efforts by maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and responsive service.
  
• Support sales activities by coordinating information between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  
• Resolve customer inquiries and help ensure a positive customer experience.
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, shipments, and supplier communications.
  

Expediting & Order Management

• Expedite parts and materials to minimize delays and maintain operational continuity.
  
• Monitor order progress and follow up with suppliers to meet delivery deadlines.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize urgent requirements and critical customer needs.
  
• Communicate status updates and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  

Required Qualifications

You Must Have:

• Experience in supply chain operations, purchasing, procurement, or supplier management.
  
• Experience providing customer service in a business or operations environment.
  
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and coordinate material delivery schedules.
  
• Experience expediting parts, materials, orders, or shipments.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales or customer account activities.
  
• Background in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
  
• Experience working with ERP or supply chain management systems.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to build productive relationships with suppliers and customers.
  
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities to achieve business objectives.
