• Schedule: Monday-Friday | First Shift | Core Hours: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
  
• Pay Rate: $41.76 per hour
  
• Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site
  
• Overtime: Available
  

Your Impact

As a Supply Chain Support professional, you'll serve as a critical link between suppliers, internal stakeholders, and operations teams to ensure materials, processes, and production schedules stay on track. Your ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement will directly support the success of aerospace manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

• Act as a problem-solver and trusted leader when urgent supply chain issues threaten production flow.
  
• Identify, develop, and implement operational solutions that remove barriers and achieve business objectives.
  
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on key deliverables.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business processes align with organizational goals.
  
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive timely resolutions.
  
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective action initiatives to prevent recurring issues.
  
• Support operational efficiency initiatives that improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Apply project management principles and fact-based decision-making to achieve results under tight deadlines.
  
• Drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
  
• Monitor supplier performance and proactively address risks that could impact delivery commitments.
  

Required Qualifications

You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, OR an advanced degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  
• Proven experience in Supply Chain Management.
  
• SAP experience is required.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  
• Experience working directly with suppliers and supplier performance management.
  
• Project management experience.
  
• Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Process Improvement experience.
  
• Strong customer service mindset with exceptional follow-up skills.
  
• Delivery assurance experience.
  
• Experience organizing and leading operational initiatives.
  
• Advanced proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
• Experience working with a variety of commodities.
  
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and build strong business relationships.
  
• Aerospace or aviation industry experience.
