As a Product Support Engineer , you'll play an important role in supporting advanced products and system prototypes throughout their development and deployment lifecycle. You'll work alongside engineers, operators, and customers to troubleshoot issues, support testing activities, and help ensure products perform as intended in challenging and dynamic environments.

What You'll Do

As a Product Support Engineer I, you will:

• Provide technical support for product and system prototypes.
  
• Assist with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving product performance issues.
  
• Support product installation, integration, configuration, and testing activities.
  
• Identify errors, defects, and system issues and coordinate corrective actions with engineering teams and operators.
  
• Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend effective solutions.
  
• Support network and communications systems maintenance activities.
  
• Analyze technical data and help evaluate system performance.
  
• Follow test procedures, service manuals, and engineering documentation to ensure successful implementation and support.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
  
• Learn and apply industry best practices related to communications systems, networks, and emerging technologies.
  

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  
• Typically 0-2 years of related professional experience.
  

Technical Skills
