Schedule: Monday-Friday | Must be available to work all shifts (Training conducted on 1st Shift)

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an Electrical/Electronic Assembler to support a leading aerospace organization at Kennedy Space Center. In this hands-on role, you'll help build, assemble, test, and install critical electrical and avionics systems used in advanced aerospace applications. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of mission-critical hardware.

What You'll Do

As an Electrical/Electronic Assembler, you'll work with complex electrical and avionics components while supporting manufacturing and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision soldering on electronic and avionics products.
  
• Assemble, install, and route wire harnesses and avionics systems.
  
• Install and terminate wiring and assemble a variety of electrical connectors.
  
• Prepare test articles, fixtures, and data collection devices for system testing and evaluation.
  
• Apply organic coatings to components for corrosion protection and appearance requirements.
  
• Fabricate, install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring harnesses and related equipment.
  
• Work from engineering drawings, specifications, and established work instructions.
  
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and assembly activities involving complex aerospace hardware.
  
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
  
• Maintain reliable attendance and contribute to a collaborative production environment.
  

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
  
• Minimum of 1 year of related electrical, electronic, manufacturing, or assembly experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
• Experience performing soldering and electrical assembly tasks.
  
• Ability to interpret drawings, assembly instructions, and technical requirements.
  
• Experience working with electrical wiring, connectors, and harness assemblies.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  
• Ability to work multiple shifts as needed.
  

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience are highly encouraged to apply:

• Experience supporting a NASA program.
  
• Experience working in a clean room environment.
  
• Manufacturing experience involving human spaceflight, aerospace, spaceflight, or aircraft hardware.
  
• Experience inspecting, fabricating, routing, terminating, soldering, and repairing electrical wiring harnesses.
  
• Familiarity with avionics assemblies and mission-critical electronic systems.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a production environment.
