As a Business Systems Analyst II, you'll play a critical role in driving successful technology initiatives by translating business needs into actionable solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and project leaders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, requirements are clearly defined, and business objectives are achieved.

What You'll Do

As a key contributor, you will:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews and collaborative workshops.
  
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical resources to ensure project goals are clearly understood and executed.
  
• Manage and oversee the technical execution of multiple IT-related projects and initiatives.
  
• Analyze business systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization.
  
• Document current-state processes and help design future-state solutions that align with organizational goals.
  
• Create detailed requirements documentation, process flows, data mappings, and system integration specifications.
  
• Support project planning, execution, and tracking activities while ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.
  
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, Microsoft Word, and Excel to support project and requirements management.
  
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions with stakeholders across the organization.
  
• Identify risks, raise critical questions, and drive resolution of issues that could impact project success.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

• Experience analyzing business systems and business processes to identify user needs and process improvements.
  
• Ability to map current-state workflows and develop future-state process models.
