What You'll Do

As a Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerk, you'll play an essential role in warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring materials are received, processed, tracked, and shipped accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare products and materials for shipment according to company and customer specifications.
  
• Verify part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and shipment documentation for accuracy.
  
• Follow packaging instructions and standards to ensure safe and compliant shipments.
  
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining safety and handling procedures.
  
• Receive incoming materials by unboxing, inspecting, and processing inventory.
  
• Remove and dispose of packaging materials as required during receiving activities.
  
• Verify, record, and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
  
• Inspect incoming merchandise and materials to confirm shipment accuracy.
  
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for outgoing products and materials.
  
• Support inventory control processes and maintain organized storage areas.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient material flow and on-time deliveries.
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
  
• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  
• Ability to follow written procedures, packaging instructions, and work standards.
  
• Basic computer skills and experience maintaining inventory records.
  
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials as required.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
  
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse software.
  
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
  
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and inventory tracking processes.
  
• Understanding of warehouse safety practices and logistics operations.

Important: This is a 12-month contract position and is not a contract-to-hire opportunity. Candidates should be comfortable with the contract duration as outlined. While future opportunities cannot be guaranteed, any potential full-time opportunities would be expected to fall within a salary range of approximately $19-$22 per hour.
