• Schedule: Monday-Friday | First Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM EST
  
• Job Type: Full-Time Contract (6 Months)
  
• Pay Rate: $23.24 per hour

As a Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in supporting production operations by ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, tracked, and issued. Your attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy will help keep aerospace manufacturing processes running efficiently and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Pick components based on established priority systems to support production and shop operations.
  
• Issue components to work orders while maintaining accurate batch traceability.
  
• Restock inventory daily into Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs) and maintain stockroom organization.
  
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits in accordance with established procedures.
  
• Execute material movement transactions within SAP and inventory management systems.
  
• Process quality notifications for non-conforming materials and inventory discrepancies.
  
• Ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
  
• Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies, procedures, and required training programs.
  
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and inventory teams to meet operational goals.
  

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience working with inventory in a controlled warehouse, stockroom, or manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
  
• Ability to maintain accuracy while handling inventory transactions and material movements.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs).
  
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
  
• Previous experience supporting manufacturing, aerospace, aviation, or production environments.
  
• Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and material traceability processes.
  
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and contribute to a team-focused environment.
