Location: Mobile, AL | Payrate; $35/hour | 2nd shift

What You’ll Do 

• Install and secure aircraft cabin components, including seats, galleys, lavatories, overhead bins, side panels, flooring, and carpeting. 

• Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and engineering drawings. 

• Inspect installations, perform functional checks, and make necessary adjustments. 

• Identify and report defects or discrepancies to supervisors. 

• Follow safety procedures, Company standards, and quality requirements. 

• Maintain accurate documentation and a clean, organized workspace. 

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. 

What You Bring 

Required Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Experience in aircraft interior installation, aircraft structures, or aircraft maintenance. 

• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications. 

• Proficiency with hand and power tools. 

• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills. 

• Availability to work second shift (afternoon/evening). 

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds occasionally, work at heights up to 40 feet, and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Commercial aircraft cabin installation experience. 

• Familiarity with Company standards and aerospace manufacturing processes. 

• Experience with mechanical assembly and quality inspections.
