Job Title: Manufacturing Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time | 12-Month Contract

Location: El Segundo, CA 90245

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9/80 Work Schedule

Pay Rate Starting at : $25.00 per hour

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Analyst, you'll support the Tooling Organization in a dynamic manufacturing environment, helping coordinate critical business and production processes. From scheduling meetings and supporting leadership presentations to analyzing data and improving operational workflows, you'll play a key role in keeping manufacturing teams organized, informed, and operating efficiently.

This position is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to gain valuable experience with a world-class aerospace organization while developing skills in manufacturing operations, business analysis, project coordination, and process improvement.

What You'll Do

• Support production, business, and manufacturing activities across multiple functional areas
  
• Assist with production planning, process improvement, quality initiatives, and material management efforts
  
• Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and calendars for key stakeholders
  
• Prepare presentations, reports, and data summaries for leadership review
  
• Gather, organize, and analyze business and operational data
  
• Monitor project timelines and help ensure critical deadlines are met
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing objectives
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  
• Assist with problem resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Support team-based manufacturing processes and operational excellence efforts
  
• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to special projects as needed
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including:
  
  
  
  • Sorting and filtering data
    
  • Pivot tables
    
  • VLOOKUPs
    
  • Basic formulas and reporting functions
    
  
  
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  
• Basic experience with data analysis and reporting
  
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
  
• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  
• High level of attention to detail
  
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook and calendar management tools
  
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in aerospace, aviation, or industrial environments
  
• Familiarity with ERP or MRO systems such as SAP or MES
  
• Experience creating reports and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau
  
• Administrative, scheduling, or project coordination experience
  
• Experience supporting diverse customer groups and stakeholders
  
• Knowledge of manufacturing workflows and process improvement methodologies
